Hello family and friends!
The first photo is Elder Kirby and I saying goodbye to the President and Sister Treadway, which is really sad. Today we are getting a new mission president (the Evansons), they are from Lethbridge, Alberta. The second photo is of a boy we taught, who then got baptized a couple of weeks ago with his sister. His name is Zach Allgood. The third photo is p-day at the church.
This week has been going by pretty quickly and we have gotten a lot of work done. We have been doing a lot of tracting and meeting new people. I have also had the opportunity to give several blessings to people. It is a very unique privilege I have as a priesthood holder and each one was different, the situations, words, and feelings. You truly become a vessel of the Lord when you act in His name in the service of others.
The assistants have been working nonstop to get everything organized for the new mission President, and we have been finishing up spreadsheets ourselves to get down who lives where. While it is tiring, the results are tremendously helpful. We also have been able to serve our neighbors quite a bit.
Being here in Utah is such a joy!
